Title: Cannot Remotely Turn On My Custom Built PC with Windows 10

So I just recently built a PC with Windows 10, and I though of using TeamViewer to try and remotely turn it on. I have used my iPhone to move the mouse around when my PC was on, but when I put it to sleep and tried to turn it on, I got this message:
"The device cannot be reached directly and no neighbour is available".

Have you set it up for Wake on LAN
