We want to automatically silent install teamviewer unattended host With a password set for the team viewer access.

We want to push this out to our remote clients.

Is this possible?

Gee I hope not

That's a terrible security issue
If you have a corporate licence you can create an MSI that you can roll out via Active Directory and start-up scripts
