Title: Note 5 to Win 7 pc over cell..skype on W7 pc..audio playing on W7 pc not Note 5

I have a Samsung Note 5 Android phone and is using TeamViewer to connect to a Windows 7 pc over my cellular network (Sprint). I have Skype set up on my Windows 7 pc. When I connect to my Windows 7 pc I have access normally without issues. But when I try to call a Skype contact on my Win7 pc from my Note 5, the audio plays on the Win 7 pc and I can't hear or be heard from my Note 5 phone. It seems as if the audio is playing on the remote pc. How can I forward the skype calls audio to my Note 5 phone form my Win7 pc?

Is this possible?

In Teamviewer >> Extras >> options >> Remote Control
ensure that play computer sounds and music  is checked
