Title: Will I ever get a response???

I have two separate posts on this forum, and links to the posts on the Teamviewer Facebook page. It seems no one has any inputs to my problem?

Why are many features in Teamviewer grayed out when running on Linux Mint 17?

This is NOT official support.

I personally read all posts, and answer as many as I can.
If I've not responded it's because I don't know.

The face book page and the online lodgemnent of support tickets are the official mechanisms for getting support

Do I have to Like the page or Join to get a response? It seems my earlier post disappeared, I had to post again and it's off to the side under "Visitors".

What is "online lodgemnent" ? Is that a typo?
