Title: teamviewer daemon crashes when started from systemd (Fedora 24)
Post by: thesourcehim on July 11, 2016, 10:43:10 PM
I have strange problem on my fresh Fedora 24 64bit installation: starting teamviewerd service with systemctl or 'teamviewer daemon' commands leads to teamviewerd process immediately crash (sigsegv). However, when I launch daemon using the command line specified in the service file (/opt/teamviewer/tv_bin/teamviewerd -d) from terminal, everything is fine. Also, I don't have such problem on another Fedora 24 machine (not fresh install however).

Found that Selinux was causing this.
