Hi,
I just would like to know if something is known about problems with TV 11.0.62308?
I can not start it anymore with different machines (OS WIN7, WIN8.1). If I go back
to version 11.0.5918, everything is ok again.
In log file I always see something like "Local TCP connection failed with error 10061"
in case of version 62308.
I started a TV ticket some days ago, but without any response until now.
Thanks
rob

Just an additional Information:
TV 11.0.62308 works with one of my other WIN 8.1 , but not with my 8.1 Pro and WIN7 Pro machines.
All OSs are 64 bit versions.
Is anybody out there with OS WIN7/8.1 PRO 64 and TV 11.0.62308 working?
Thanks

I eventually got an answer by TV support about my issue and they told me how to fix it.
Maybe it helps others with similar problems.
But first a hint: The fix modifies the registry . You must be aware that any wrong modification may
possibly kill your OS
On 64 bit systems please add a DOWRD 32 bit entry titled EnableDiscovery with value 0 to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\TeamViewer]

I did the mod and after a new PC start, everything was ok again with the newest version. It is possibly just
a specific mod for my machine, I don't know.
Again, it is your own risk to do the modification!!

There is a new version 11.0.36017, maybe this fixes the issue without modifying the registry manually.
