Title: Initiating display parameters when trying to connect remotely

Had a crash and had to reinstall windows 10. Now after reloading TeamViewer I get "Initiating display parameters" when trying to connect remotely. It stays that way, then just stops trying. If this can't be fixed I will have to use a different remote software. Don't want to do that, but I use TeamViewer several times a week to help my 80 year old father with computer issues. It saves a trip, at 10 o'clock at night. Thanks for any help!

I'd uninstall and then reinstall at your end
