Sooo... hi there :)
I've been usin TeamViewer for years now... never had any problems.
I just updated my laptop to Windows 10, and now I can't seem to make TV work as intended.
Here's my problem:
TV is set up to start at boot. It starts:

I add add my laptop to my devices. It's now listed as online:

I can see it online from my Android device too.
Then i close TV and relaunch it. I'm now offline:

I can see from my Android device that my laptop is offline. I can actually connect to my laptop if I just enter the device ID manually, but it will never be shown as online until I remove it from my devices and then add it again. And again, as soon as I close TV, I'll be apparently offline forever.
Is this a known issue? Is there a way to fix it?
Thank you.

Have you tried reinstalling teamviewer since the downgrade to windows 10??

If I remember correctly, I had to delete the computers from my list and re-add them to get them all working again after the install. For some reason Teamviewer actually saw them as having changed in some way.

I managed to solve the issue.
I had already tried removing and re-adding my computer, as well as reinstalling TV.
I simply put it all together, so I removed all my devices, uninstalled, checked that they were removed in login.teamviewer.com, then reinstalled. I added my laptop and it finally worked.
Thank you for your suggestions :D
