Hello. I seem to be having some troubles with Teamviewer and the whiteboard feature on windows touchscreen. We are running the desktop version, not the one from the windows store, as it does not have whiteboard features. When using a mouse, all works as it should. However when trying to use a windows touchscreen to use the whiteboard on a computer, nothing can be seen. Control can still be done and works well, it is only the whiteboard, which is the function we really need. Does anyone know a solution to this or what is interfering with whiteboard and windows touch? Thanks
