I use team viewer on 2 personal PC's. One my own and the other my kids. From my work PC I use the web browser to view either, I work for a big corporate so downloading software onto work laptop not allowed. When I log on the kids, no issue, but when I now try and open my personal laptop at home when away I just seen a white screen? Have googled the issue and am seeing various answers but not working. Tested in IE and Chrome both same issue. Lid is up and laptop not in sleep mode.

Hi,
I'm sorry, that I write in your posting with.
I have the same problem. If I want to connect through the Web page I have a white screen.
Tried with: IE, Mozilla Firefox, Google crome
-
I've managed to get around the issue by installing the Teamviewer chrome app and running the session through that as the web browser won't work.
-
The problem is, I can't install anything in the Office, this means I must use the IE :(

Ah yes problem then...I just love progressive IT departments.

I'm having the same issue and I do believe it's related to Windows 10. I tried connecting to 3 different computers - one with Windows XP, one with Windows 7 and one with Windows 10. It worked on 2 of them, but it showed blank screen on the one with Windows 10. I also submitted a ticket to the TeamViewer support team and waiting for their reply.

I can connect to a Windows 10 kids tower but my windows 10 laptop no. Sorry, don't see it as windows 10.

Hello,
got exactly the same Issue. It worked flawless before using the Web Connector on IE, Firexfox etc.
Now there is only a White Screen nothing else.
When you i check the logfile during connecting it says something a security Issue and Error #2048.
When i uninstall/install Teamviever on the Master PC it works for one time then its white Screen again.
I suspects something in the Web Connector/Flash was changed. I don't think that Anti Virus (AVG etc.) is responsible.
Would be awesome if this Problem could be fixed ...
PS: System is Windows 7 64, so this is not a Windows 10 Issue.

OK guys, you're right, the problem wasn't in Windows 10. It was in the newest TeamViewer version. I guess the two other computers I tested on had older versions. So I reverted to version 11.0.63017 and it seems to be working now.
-
Hello,
i also switched back to an older Version. Did not fix the Problem. After each fresh installs it WORKS...and then it stops working.
So the Problem is definately something else...

Hi Landario,
Nope, they still haven't answered the ticket. I also wrote them a feedback when I was uninstalling the newest version and I still don't have answer to that.

Hello,
figures....
I wonder if they just blocked this feature for "free License" Users. Would be somehow ridiculous.
I read somewhere that the WebConnector is supposed to be only working for Premium License Users.
But it worked flawlessly with the free License for a very loooooong Time.

Hello,
i hope they offer a solution for this. One thing i noticed is that before you had to use a CAPCHA to even use the Function. That is suddenly removed ?
I tried it on two other PCs and the result was the same. White screen and nothing else.

Hello,
well i already guessed the Problem is on their Side...
So its definately a Problem of their Web Connector and not related to the Teamviewer Version itself.
I guess because of certain security Protocols their Web Connector can't open the Connection as before.
I highly doubt they will put a lot of development ressources into fixing that asap....BAH ....
Anyway thank you for keeping us updated !
Cheers
