Title: Teamviewer - Not able to remotely see my Mobile screen
Post by: SimpleMan on August 31, 2016, 09:02:34 AM
I am using Teamviewer in my Laptop to connect to my Mobile using Quicksupport app. I am able to connect to my mobile. But I do not see the option to see the mobile screen. The top left icon for "remote control" is missing. Has anyone faced this issue. I can see all other details of my mobile phone and also transfer files. But unable to see the mobile screen.

Sometime back I had connected flawlessly in my old computer. Not sure if I am missing any installation part here. Attached is the screenshot.

PS: I know this is a windows forum, but posting my Mac issue here to get a similar issue (if any) faced in windows

Teamviewer version 11.0.65280
Free license

Installed in Mac OS X EI Captan
Version 10.11.6

The Windows 10 mobile version works well (a little slow) for me. I can control my Windows phone remotely. It even makes scrollbars since swiping doesn't work, and it's great to be able to use  a real keyboard from time to time.
My only complaint is that I can't seem to get rid of the "SESSION SPONSORED BY TEAMVIEWER" message, which is usually displayed over just what I want to see.
