Title: Host for Samsung Public WiFi vs Wireless Carrier 3G 4G

I have installed Host for Samsung on my Dad's Samsung Galaxy Tab E tablet.

I am able to connect when he is using his data plan and the AT&T 3G or 4G network. However, when he is connected to any Public Unsecured (no password required) WiFi HotSpot I cannot connect.

In my contacts list the tablet shows as offline when on a Public Unsecured (no password required) WiFi HotSpot.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
