Title: Your teamviewer account is LOCKED

Hello everyone, As seen in the title I'm having trouble with my account. Until yesterday everything was fine, but today I formatted my PC,Installed windows (the same like before) and when I installed teamviewer and wanted to Sign In, it appeared "Your teamviewer Account is locked, use the reset password form..." something like this...
I reset my password like 3-4 times, and yet I can't sign in into my account...Has anyone else experienced something like this? What could be the problem?? Any advice is helpful.

have your tried logging in to the web interface just to see if that works?

Reset the password again with something very simple, be aware of CAPS lock etc, then if you can log in, change the password.

Otherwise navigate to the facebook page and make a post, teamviewer official seems to respond faster form there...
