Title: Application Selection problem on windows 10

On Windows 8.1 I could select an application in a presentation and this application would be always visible even if another window overlapped it. On windows 10, I see this is no longer functioning, only the visible part of the window is visible on screen. Is this a known issue and will be fixed?

Ping! anyone else seeing this issue. Is this just no longer supported?
