Title: Slow file transfer speeds, capped at 120kbp/s
Post by: Trace6x on February 03, 2017, 02:12:33 AM
So despite reading this promising article:
https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-To-Transfer-Files-at-Warp-Speed-with-TeamViewer-12-File/ba-p/807

My file transfer speeds seem to be stuck at 120kbp/s, it looks like I'm not the only person who has the problem. The speeds from the sending machine are 600 megabit down and 600 megabit up and the speeds from the receiving machine is 60 megabit down and 20 megabit up.

Having to upload files to google drive because it's a million times quicker isn't the most convenient thing in the world, I'm just wondering what I can do to fix it so I can use teamviewer to transfer files?

Cheers

Me too -  both sides are much higher than that with Speedtest.net, so it's not a machine or network limitation - seems to be a TeamViewer problem.
