Title: Web camera kept green light on after I terminated Teamviewer session and program

My logitech web camera stayed on for hours after I finished the session with a remotee. During that session I used my camera as a microphone for audio call.
Other programs, like Skype, turn off my camera after the end of conversation, and no light, of course.
Would this be an issue of my cam drivers, or am I being paranoid?
