Title: Can't not open session

Hello
I have installed Teamviewer 12 on a windows Server 2012 R2
When I try to connect to this server, Teamviewer is stuck on a panel telling me :

in French : Paramètres d'affichage en cours d'initialisation

in English, it could be: Display parameters are in intialization ???

using another sever I have no problem

what could be this cause of this problem ?
