Title: Manually install teamviewer Monitor driver?

I have a remote pc with no monitor connected, and when I reboot and connect with teamviewer, the display defaults to 640x480. I have no monitor devices listed in device manager, and when trying to install TeamViewer's monitor driver via the advanced section under options, it fails to install. Is there a way to manually install this so I can actually see everything on my screen?
