Accessing some customer sites, the mouse will allow one click and after the window opens, it stops working; if we TAB-ALT to the window we opened, we then can get the mouse to work "sometimes". On our server, if we open TeamViewer 12 with unattended access, TAB-ALT does not work and nothing gets that mouse to click or respond; to correct, we open task manager on the server and end the TeamViewer sessions (a trick without the mouse), upon which the mouse begins responding immediately.
Is there a remedy for this issue?
