Title: Can't hide remote cursor
Post by: gagikb on January 26, 2018, 05:32:44 PM
I'm connecting to my remote Surface Book laptop (W10, 64 bit) via TV 13, and I can see the remote cursor even with "Show remote cursor" unchecked!  I tried to connect to the Book from different computers - same story. I also tried to update Book's Intel HD Graphics 520 driver to most recent version but that didn't help either.

How to hide this "always on" remote cursor?  Please advice.

As a workaround, for computer with Windows 10, create the registry key “DisableDuplicationAPI” as REG_DWORD and assign value 1 under registry entry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->WOW6432NODE->TEAMVIEWER
Restart of the TeamViewer service (or restart the computer).
