Teamviewer for Mac/iPad/iPhone / cannot get past remote Mac login lockscreen

I have my home MacPro set to automatically wake up at noon every day so I can remotely access it without leaving it logged on and active all the time.
When attempting to remote in via Teamviewer, I see the login screen of the MacPro with my user checkmarked to show it is logged in, but it says below the line of user icons, 'Locked'.
I cannot get it to display the login password text box to enter my password to unlock and log in. How do I get past this problem while I am away from home?

The flaws are few but there are some that I'm surprised you've overlooked.
Is it possible, or, can I make the following suggestions and...in fact I'll stop there. I'll just explain what I'm going on about.
There is only one flaw that irks me a lot right now. I'll write on that only.
1. When I choose a file transfer operation from a computer on my home network, can I please have an option to continue the copy in the background, so that I don't have to wait. I find, if I leave the screen and go elsewhere..to chrome or some other app, when I return teamviewer invariably gets stuck on a spinning circle(arrrggghhhhh!!!!) Or freezes. It certainly doesn't seem comfortable with my leaving it do work on something else.

Teamviewer for Windows / Configuring Permanent Access

But when Teamviewer changes the ID and/or the password, now someone has to notify those remote users that there is a new ID, and if they are not notified, their old login information doesn't work.
I am looking at a pdf entitled "Teamviewer - Configuring Permanent Access". It shows clicking on an item during setup called "Configure Permanent Access on this computer". If that could be done, the remote users wouldn't have to be notified, because it sounds as if the ID would be...well, permanent. But I am running Teamviewer 13 and I don't see that option.
How can that be done, or is that a feature that is not available anymore?

Teamviewer for Android / Not Able To Remote Control Motorola Moto e4 Metro PC

I see no add-on for Motorola at Google Play Station. Any fix yet for this problem? Thank You for your response in advance.

Teamviewer for Windows / Windows 10 Sign In button doing nothing - Unable to sign in

Has anyone seen and been able to resolve this? I have approved my PC, but it has been installed on this PC literally for YEARs.
The log file shows this error:
2018/09/04 11:02:16.291 18256 4844 G3!! AccountLoginStateMachine::OnLoginStarted: m_ssoLoginManager missing

Meanwhile, looking for an alternative.I am currently evaluating Chrome Remote Desktop (free) and DameWare (several hundred bucks).
One of my "Musts" is Windows/Android connectivity.
For just Windows/Windows, Ultraviewer (free) seems pretty good.
Jury is still out on DameWare's Android aspect, so Chrome Remote Desktop is currently at the top of my Short List.

Teamviewer for Android / Waking up Desktop PCs from Samsung phone
« Last post by soulman1949 on July 31, 2018, 08:44:02 AM »I have set up Team Viewer on a number of desktop PCs and on my Samsung S4 mini mobile. I can wake up any desktop computer from any other PC at home but I find I can only wake up my desktop PCs from my Samsung when I am on my home wi-fi. When I switch away from my wi-fi to using my mobile data I cannot wake up the desktop PCs. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

« Last post by Random User on July 29, 2018, 09:12:28 AM »Hi, folks. Do you have problems with your Mac version of TeamViewer? I do. I can get it working just great. Until I need to restart my Mac. Then it forgets my login (even though I checked it to remember on login), and it forgets my Wake-On-LAN configurations. Once I reconfigure it again it works fine. Until I restart my Mac again.
