ive ru in to that on occasion and it has worked itself out after a few hours. have you tried connecting to a different system?
\Have you tried a test connection to the team-viewer test system?
use the user ID 12345 and click connect , it will then offer you a password in a window.
Have either of the machines been allowed to go in to hibernation mode before trying to connect?
THAT can cause issues as well.

well the computer has been idle for about an hour so it should be good, I'm able to connect to my friends computer with zero issue I will try the test account to see if that does anything.

EDIT >>>>>>> I used the test account and it worked without a single error just connected in no time, I still can't connect to it, I've even tried another computer, I'm starting to think it's the server my computer is on just saying no. weird thing is though I can connect to my friends computer I'm working on with that computer but not my computer.
