TV8 Manager

I am using locally stored TV Manager databases, and I have several support techs who provide support to different groups of users. Some will be using LAN connections and IP addresses and some will use the TV ID and an Internet connection. Is there a way to import and populate the individual databases from a csv file? This would allow me to create a master csv sheet and them export individual groups of users to DB's.

Any ideas, other than to create a master DB, copy it to each support workstation and then delete the entries that they don't need?
