Hi,

i will try to explain my problem the best i can, and i apologized in advance if i make some mistake... my primary language is french.

Recently my wife had problem with her facebook, so i have look on the net and found e-mail adress and a telephone number..... i've call and no answer, it was on a saturday, 2 minutes later i had a call back saying they were from facebook.

They asked to go to the page of teamviwer and they could helped me out, which i did.  after the 30 minutes call.... and still having problem with my wife account, i look at the file from teamviwer and some file were call rootfile... 

is that normal or that sound like i'm having problems
