Hi all,
For the first time ever since I started using TV, I can't connect to my pc remotely, either via the dtop app or the TV web site.
I'm Using Teamviewer 6.0.10722
Using my dt app, it states 'ready to connect (secure connection)' + green light, as per normal.
Upon attempting to sign in, after 5-10 seconds = message - 'Sign in request failed! The server did not respond. Please try again.'
I've tried repeatedly with same results. I also closed TV down and stopped the service and restarted both again, still same result
Then via TV web site = message - 'The server did not respond in the given time frame. Please try again later.'
Is this an internal server problem whereby I just need to sit tight until your techs fix it?
The strange thing is that I was able to connect the first time I used it this morning (aprox two hours ago) but it lost connection very quickly, with no success since then.
Anyone else getting the same problem?
