Tried four times. Error: The token is invalid or outdated

I downloaded and installed Teamviewer four days ago.  I got a message today notifying me that my account was not yet validated.  I followed the instructions and had a validation message sent to my mailbox.  Validation failed on four attempts.

The FAQs at the website acknowledge that this can happen... once.  They only suggest logging back in and requesting another validation be sent to my email. I've logged out, and logged back into my Teamviewer acct four times now, received four validation emails, clicked on them, and been taken to a screen that tells me each time that "Error:  The token is invalid or outdated".

Suggestions?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the TV software..
