« on: January 28, 2013, 03:12:55 AM »
Hello everybody,

I have a problem with Teamviewer 5 and Matrox G200E graphics card.

In fact, when i'm connected  in a Windows Server 2003 or 2008 thanks to Teamviewer, i note a lot of network delays.

Everybody knows quote a problem like me ?

Thank you in advance.

TV 5 is a pretty old version, have you tried upgrading?

No because i'm an employee of a company so i don't make choices lol.

My problem was solved by Teamviewer (i sent them an email to explain my problem).

I give the solution at everybody who has the same problem at the moment or later :

Dear Kevin

Thank you for your message.

This problem is usually caused by hardware acceleration on systems with weak graphic chips. This can simply be resolved by disabling hardware acceleration.

1.) Open the display settings (where you can also adjust your current display's resolution).
2.) Go to "Advanced > Troubleshoot".
3.) Move the hardware acceleration slider to "None".
4.) Confirm by clicking "OK".

This should already resolve the issue.
