new ID number after laptop recovery

I had teamviewer 8, created an account, and logged in with my email and password, and used teamviewer many times. But today I did a full factory restore on my laptop, which also did a new install of windows. Then I downloaded teamviewer 8 again, and installed it on my windows 7. I then logged in using my same email and password as I used before, but now my teamviewer got a new ID number. How is this possible? How can I get my old ID back please?
