Adjusting Teamviewer for low-vision users (How to)
« on: September 18, 2013, 07:56:53 AM »
I've been using Teamviewer for many years to connect with members of my extended family.

One relative has deteriorating vision and I have adjusted their computer (Windows Vista 64)
Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Personalization
Adjust font size (DPI) to 200% which is the maximum they allow.

However, this results in Teamview (on my end) not resizing to encompass the entire monitor display on the original screen, i.e. if I bring up the dialogue box for the display monitor, I can only see the Low - High slider, but not what resolution that represents, nor any of the control buttons at the bottom of that screen.

Note that Teamviewer does not provide me with any grab/slider bars on the right and lower edge of the window which would allow me to reposition the window.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
