How to uncheck "show comment window after each session"?

I'm remotely supporting a charity, so using free version ...

Any way to get the 'show comment window after each session' unchecked in the options? (Currently it's greyed out.)

[Never mind that it's not active without Connection Reporting, still interested in any answer / registry change.]
