latest build of TeamViewer 9 crashes nvidia graphic driver

latest build of TeamViewer 8 does not suffer from this video issue.

latest build of TeamViewer 9 causes unacceptable local video lag/delay and also causes latest build of nvidia graphics driver to suspend to a halt and rendering windows 8.1 pro desktop to freeze as well. Basically causes every UI program that is being focused on to show up as "unresponsive" and crashing nvidia graphic driver until it forces itself to suspend and attempt to resume, and the issue loops over and over again until TeamViewer 9 task is ended via Task Manager.

again, latest build of TeamViewer 8 (downloaded from TeamViewer website) does not suffer from this bug.

BTW, I am using the free personal versions of Teamviewer.
