Access Control

My partner and I both have access control set to "full access." Everything worked fine for about a month, but yesterday when I tried to connect, I received the message that I needed to wait for my partner to grant me permission. Partner's computer still says "Full Access." Not finding anything wrong with the settings, I reinstalled the software (thinking that would be a quick fix) but the problem still exists. Can you help? Thanks.

On Wife's machine
In Teamviewer options >> Advanced >> Advanced settings for connections to this computer

Access control should be set to 'Full access'


On your machine, the similar connections from this computer should also be set to 'full access'
