Connection error message

We have the 3 channel license version of TV9. According to a TeamViewer rep, when a paid license PC connects to a paid license remote PC, the user can invite other paid license or free license PCs to simultaneously remote control the object PC. We do this so multiple service techs can look at the problems reported by process control software on remote PCs. According to the TeamViewer rep, up to ten PCs can do this and it is considered the use of one channel. We successfully connected three paid license PCs to remotely control a paid license PC. Then a free license PC was invited to join the session and this error message appeared on the free license PC: "The chosen contact is logged in on multiple devices. Please choose one of the devices." Does anyone know what this message means? What is this error?

I get that if I log on from multiple computers

Check the one with the free licence, to see if that SAME user is logged onto multiple computers. If so create a separate FREE licence and try again
