Connection issue on TV9

Hello all ,

i have one issue that hope everyone can help me to solve. I tried to unstall and re-install many time but not result.

Two pc are installed TV 9 . Before , they were connected TV normal thru internet.

but now , when PC 1 click " connect to partner" that it  notified " Connecting"  and the PC 2 notify "incomming connection" . after 3 min, they couldn't connect together and the PC 1 return notice " Ready to connection " otherwise the PC 2 is still " incomming connection ".

and I tried to install TV 9 on other PC (set already same PC2 network) to connect to PC2  thru Lan network that was normal.

All PC have connected normal internet and without enable Firewall

Please advise me

before, were you using same version?

yes. they are same version
