How to stop remote wallpaper being removed
« on: September 20, 2014, 02:12:13 AM »
I have unchecked the "remove wallpaper" options from both my remote desktop and my own desktop.  For completeness I have set all options to optimal quality.

However, every time I remote in to other desktop the desktop background is removed to a black screen.

Is this just a bug or something I am missing?

It is proving very problematic for the remote desktop user who relies on their background at work to remain stable to maintain work obligations.

Any ideas appreciated.

Thanks.

setting for optimal quality might be the issue...it may automatically black screen in order to increase performance..mess around with those settings

Thanks heaps for the reply.

No matter what settings I select (tried Optimal) it just kills the desktop background every time.

Frustrating.
