I've had this issue for over a year now with nobody being able to fix it. It's only when connecting to my one windows 7 computer from an Android phone or tablet. Connecting from another windows computer works fine.  I have another Windows 7 computer that has almost a mirror setup and the pointer looks fine when connecting to that one from android. Everything on all ends is updated to newest versions of drivers, firmware, softwate etc. I've tried different mice, uninstalling mice and teamviewer, nothing works. It's very frustrating as this is the first time I've actually been able to find another person with the same issue.

I should also add that it's every time I connect to the computer, not just sometimes. Everything else on the screen displays correctly and the mouse cursor does function. It's just hard to accurately select the right spot you're attempting to click.

I found the problem with my pc.

I had my dpi on windows at 150%
I set my dpi to 149% that solved the problem now i have a normal mouse.

Wow! Thank you. That fixed it. I remotely access that computer several times a day and it was driving me crazy. No idea why their tech support couldn't figure it out.
