Teamviewer won't RUN to instal

Hi

I have Windows 7 64 bit, I have downloaded the latest Team version from the website.

Hit setup.exe -- the run screen pops up, hit run, but nothing opens and nothing happens.

Checked Task Manager, nothing seems to be happening under.

Tried a previous version -- same as above.

Does anyone know why and the solution.

Team Viewer works fine on my windows 7 machine

Are you logged in as an administrative user on Windows?

yes. and i've installed on my laptop running the same Win 7 package.

it's not refusing to install, nothing actually happens.  the installer doesn't open.

very odd.

Try restarting the computer first
Makes sure that there are NO processes starting with TV_ in task manager, then try again
