Not seeing.

I have teamviewer installed on a computer both at home and work. The computer at home can see the machine at work. But when I try to go the other way, it does not show up on my list of computer, even when I know it is running. I have tried reinstalling the program to no avail.

Any ideas?

i presume then you have added the ID for the work machine to your partner list.

You must also add the ID of the home machine to the partner list just like you did with the work machine,even though its the machine you work on.
Log into teamviewer at work open your partner list and your home system should then be available.

 It has nothing to do with reinstalling, you must add all IDs that you want to access to your list.
If you have already done that, then delete the current entry ID for the home computer form you partner list, and then add it again, making sure the ID ( and password if you added a custom one) is correctly entered.
