teamviewer UNABLE to connect to internet whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I TRY to close TeamViewer and reopen it and/or shutdown reboot computer, TeamViewer will NOT connect to the internet whatsoever!!! it is allowed by AVG and ALWAYS has been!!! this is the first time this has EVER done this on this computer, my internet is fine, but NOT TeamViewer!!!
