Can't see desktop to my 2008 R2 server anymore

Not sure what happened, but it just stopped.  I have a 2008 R2 server setup with the latest version of TeamViewer. When I try to connect,I get the error box that it can't display the screen because of fast user switching or an active RDP session.  I disabled Fast-User and have no open rdp sessions to the server.  Here's where it gets weird.  If I open an RDP session to the server from another PC, then connect with TV, it displays the desktop and everything is fine, but as soon as that RDP session is closed, TV kicks me out and says the screen cannnot be captured.

I have tried disabling fast-user switching, closing rdp sessions, doing a logoff from the rdp session, I even re-installed using the Unattended access option that supposedly makes TV a service so that you can connect without someone being logged in.

Anyone else seen this issue or got some ideas?

Don't just close the RDP window. You need to log off the user to completely close an RDP session. If you only close the RDP window the RDP session will still be there but in a disconnected state (which causes Windows to stop drawing anything in it).

I tried that as well, it just kicks me out and says it can't capture the screen. This all worked just peachy previously with an active RDP session or not. It's highly annoying.

Seem to have fixed it.  I uninstalled the full version of TV, re-installed the TV Host version. After the install, it gave me 2 different session ID's I could connect to. One would allow me to connect to the current logged in user (supposedly) and the other would connect to the Windows Login session.  The first let me connect, but I got the same error that it was unable to capture the screen. I was able to connect to the 2nd option and login as any user I wanted and it works just fine now.
