Connecting Disabled

For a few days I've been unable to connect to any remote computer.
As you can see in the attached screenshot, the radio buttons for "Remote control" and "File Transfer" are disabled.
So are the textbox above and the "Connect to partner" button and double clicking a computer in my contact list
also has no function.

Any idea what might cause this?

Perhaps the computer that you wish to connect to isn't online, or doesn't have teamviewer running
