TeamViewer used with Cyberghost
« on: January 07, 2016, 01:46:06 PM »
I've used TeamViewer for a few years for personal use and everything worked out fine.  However, I recently put Version 11 on a Windows 10 computer, so I can remote into it from other locations and  use Cyberghost on it, which is an anonymous VPN service that changes my outward IP Address.  When I'm remoted to the computer with Cyberghost actively masking my IP address, the computer disappears from the "Computers & Contacts" listed online, and is listed as offline.  This never used to happen with my Windows 7 computer with TeamViewer being used w/ Cyberghost.

Does anyone have an idea why this is happening?  I'm hoping that there is a setting I can change to solve the issue.  Any help would be appreciated.
