No connection with Raspberry Pi

Hi All,
I'm having trouble connecting to a raspberry pi linux computer on my home network. I have Teamviewer installed on my Wondows 10 machine and the linux (RPi) machine. I hit the "Connect to partner" button on the dialogue window but no response other than a message in the bottom left hand corner stating  "Ready to connect (secure connection)" See attached

Does anyone have any suggestions what might be going wrong? Or any suggestions of further trouble shooting? Thanks.
