Hi all.

I have 2 laptops, both run on Windows 10 and I have already added them to my TV-account and set TV to start with Windows. Let's say PC1 and PC2.
PC1 has 1 user account: my Microsoft account (as an admin).
PC2 has 2 user accounts: my Microsoft account (as an admin) & my dad's Microsoft account (as a standard user)

I use TV on android to track the activity of both laptops, and here is what happened.

TV on PC1 starts with Windows as I want. I pressed the power button, Sign-in screen loaded, without typing in the password I can see PC1 online on the list and can control it from this point onward.
However, TV on PC2 doesn't start even I set it to do so with the admin account. I have to sign-in into one of the accounts and run TV manually before I can see it on the online list.

Any ideas on how to make PC2 same as PC1?

Thank you in advance :)

log on to PC2 as admin ( was teamviewer installed form the admin account?)
open the teamviewer window and go to extras/options/security and make sure that under the Option for access to this computer, near the bottom is say "allowed for all users" under the rules for this computer section.

if that doesn't work, make sure that teamviewer is installed from the admin account on PC2 ( not right-click run as admin form the standard account), and set the options as described as above.

If that fails, install teamviewer as HOST on the machine with two users. It will create a service and will be running even if there are no connected users
