How do I terminate an IT members access to TeamViewer?
« on: March 22, 2016, 08:22:33 AM »
We have an IT person leaving our company this week.  We are heavy TeamViewer users and we do a lot with personal passwords for remote admin for both servers and end user computers.  We are not expecting any problems from this employee, they are leaving on their own. However, we want to make sure they can no longer access any computers where they have set up personal passwords.  We have no way of knowing which ones they have done that on.  What is the best way to handle this please?  THanks

Change all personal passwords individually on all machines...
Disconnect this user from your organisation's team (if applicable) from the web log on
