I support clients using Sage 100 (accounting software).   The software is written using providex.

On versions 10 and above of teamviewer using quicksupport (but not the Teamviewer Host),  running Sage 100,  data entry windows will initially display and not show all of the data fields on the window.  If the window has multiple tabs,  you can toggle between tabs and the data fields will reappear.   That's great as long as the particular window has multiple tabs which isn't always the case.

To repeat,  it only happens using quick support.   If the Teamviewer host is installed on the computer it works just fine.

Any ideas?  A setting somewhere?

Seems to me like a java conflict of some kind

Is the accounting app gui written in Java??

I've seen similar things before with other software

Nope.  Not Java.  Providex as I had indicated.

And to make it more interesting,  today I have a client having this issue with a installed host (not quicksupport).
