Hey all...   Just as added security, I'd like to turn OFF the Windows Remote Desktop service.

Anyone know if this will affect me connecting with Teamviewer?  Or does TV rely on Windows Remote Desktop (also known as Remote Assistance) to be checked ON in my System Properties?

Thanks for any info...

Dan

Windows remote desktop and Windows Remote Assistance are VERY DIFFERENT things, and aren't dependant on each other, nor is Teamviewer.

All three are separate technology and can be used in isolation.

Windows Remote Desktop is NOT on by default
Windows Remote Assistance IS on by default
