avira blocked my teamviewer

i have this problem
i wanted to open my teamviewer but this message keeps showing up

"Teamviewer found the Avira premium security suite software, that can block the acces of TeamViewer to the internet
prove the configuration of avira premium security suite and make sure that TeamViewer has the autorization to acces internet"

i already disabled avira but this doesn't solve the problem what should i do?

did you restart the computer after disabling Avira?
find out how to allow an exception within Avira and add teamviewer, i would post directly to the teamviewer facebook page with the issue
