Remote desktop screen blinks

This has happened after recent Windows 10 Anniversary Update.  I connect to remote Surface Book computer without problems, but screen started to blink (once, with black background) with varying frequency, from 1 per a few seconds to once per a minute or so.  Also, it's weird that remote cursor is visible now while the "Show remote cursor" is unchecked and overall operation is slowed.  TV version is 11 and current on both computers.

Anyone else has this issue? Any ideas how to resolve it except waiting until next TV release fixes it?

I have just re-installed current Intel HD Graphics 520 driver v.20.19.15.4463, and that solved the issue. No TV screen blinks anymore!
