Add Contacts with IP Adresses

Hello together

In our company we'd like to roll out some TV Hosts, but as they are changed to only accept lan-connections,
they cannot be added as contacts in the management console. See screenshot
Is there anybody with the same problem?
Can I only add Contacts with ID?
